Our banquet facilities include two rooms, one room that will accommodate up to 45 guests and an enclosed patio that will accommodate up to 55 guests.
Bookings are available during the following times:
Lunch: Monday - Saturday 11:30 - 2:30pm
Dinner: Sunday - Saturday 5:30 - 9:30pm
Time restrictions may apply to banquets, particularly on weekends.
Groups up to 20 people may order from either our regular menus or our banquet menu. Groups over 20 people must choose from our banquet menu.
For groups of less than 25 people that require a private room, there is an additional $200.00 room fee.
A deposit of $200.00 is required within 2 weeks of the initial inquiry to secure a reservation. The deposit will be applied to your final bill. The deposit will be refundable upon cancellation, up to 2 weeks before the scheduled Banquet. For cancellations within 2 weeks, the deposit will be nonrefundable.
Seven days prior to the date of your banquet, we will require your menu choices, with the number of each menu item if possible.
A confirmed count of guests is required 48 hours prior to your Banquet. This is the number of guests for which we will prepare and the number for which you will be charged.
Entire parties or partial parties that arrive late, without calling, or more than 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time of the Banquet may find that it was necessary for the Hindquarter to rearrange some or all of the tables.
For wine brought in, there will be a Corkage fee of $15.00 per 750 ml. bottle. NO OTHER ALCOHOL may be brought in.
Please inquire as to our Dessert selection. If you choose to bring a Dessert, a $1.50 per person service fee will be charged.
Sales tax will be added to all charges. An 18% gratuity will also be added based on the pretax sub total of your bill.
Payment is due upon the completion of your banquet. The Hindquarter accepts most major Credit Cards. Business and local checks may be accepted with prior arrangement. Individual quest checks are not available for Banquets.
The Hindquarter Bar & Grille reserves the right to adjust Banquet item pricing due to unforeseen cost increases. In the event that banquet pricing needs to be increased from the prior agreed upon amount, customer will be notified as soon as possible. If a price increase occurs within the 2 weeks prior to a banquet, and the customer wishes to cancel, all of the deposit will be refunded.
Reservations for Banquets are valid only after a signed Contract AND a Deposit are received by the Hindquarter Bar & Grille. A printable contract is available on our web site under Banquet Information or directly from the Hindquarter Bar & Grille.
